Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item(s) must be returned in the original condition in original packaging. Item(s) must not be worn, washed or show any sign of use. Returns that are received in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or faulty) and original shipping costs will not be refunded. When sending a return, we recommend you use a tracked service and keep the tracking number until your refund has been received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via social media immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items that have been made to order.

 

Exchanges
Make sure you measure your pet and double check your sizing before placing an order. If you are unsure of sizing please use the size chart shown in the Size help tab.

If your order arrives and you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, please send us an message via social media and we can arrange getting the correct size to you. If this is the case, we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock so please double check sizing before placing an order.

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect size, please send us a message via social media.

We recommend you carefully try new items indoors, in case you need to return them. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in perfect, re-saleable condition.
 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
